Matching Gift Fund Drive Tops $70,000: Gifts+Matching Fund

Christ Our Savior Lutheran High School has been offered a $50, 000.00 matching grant available until Jan. 15, 2010. This is a fortunate source for our school. However, the conditions of this grant require that our contributions match the $50,000.00 for a total of $100,000.00. This gift, along with the matching funds, will make it possible for even more of our young people to receive a Christian education at COSLHS. Through Christ Our Savior Lutheran High School, God is blessing young people by giving them an outstanding Christian education in a caring environment, preparing them for life today, tomorrow and forever. Through COSLHS, God is blessing people like you by inspiring young people to serve His church as pastors, teachers and faithful workers.

Christ Our Savior Has a New Principal

   Word has been received that Mr. John Christman, Conway, AR has accepted the call that was extended to him to be the new principal of Christ Our Savior Lutheran High School. Mr. Christman will assume his duties in July, 2010.
   Mr. Christman graduated from Concordia University, Seward, NE in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree. He received a Master of Science from the University of Central Arkansas in 2006.

   We give thanks to God from guiding Mr. Christman to accept the call extended to him.

Association Congregations Honored by COS

Recently Christ Our Savior hosted free coffee, hot chocolate, and treats for the Red Bud Christmas was in the Opera House. Featured was a new table top display that will be used to increase visibility of COS at athletic events and other ocassions.
